The villa spreads in two distinct levels in a total area of 125 sq. meters. It is spacious and elegantly decorated and consists of a comfortable living-dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Its spacious terrace leads to a beautiful garden where one can enjoy the private swimming pool with its sunbeds and outdoor furniture. Also, a private parking area is situated in the garden. The private parking area is shared with Nelly’s House/Apartment.
The sea is 200 m. away, less than a 10-minute walk.
Ruby’s Villa provides its guests with contemporary comforts such as a smart TV and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
Within walking distance one can find a mini market, cafes, pharmacy shop, medical centre, bakery and restaurants.
The location is ideal since guests may enjoy the serenity and calmness of the surroundings as well as visit Athens, Sounio or other attractions within 40 minutes.


Housekeeping:
The charge for the initial cleaning of the house prior to your arrival is 90 euro.
If you would like additional maid service, we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Car rental service, in cooperation with reliable companies, for your travels, with an additional charge.


Cancellation Policy
• For reservations during the months of July and August, there will be no cancellation charge if the cancellation occurs up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 59 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a 100% cancellation charge of the total amount.
• In the case of special rates for long term reservations (over 10 nights) as well as for reservations made 120 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation as cancellation fee no matter when the cancellation occurs.
